Joining Business Operations means playing a key role in shaping the success of Arizona’s premier women’s soccer team.
Revenue Generation
Drive ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships to fuel team growth and enhance fan engagement.
Tickets & Commercial Partnership Staff
Manage ticket sales and foster partnerships to boost attendance and strengthen community and corporate connections.
Soccer Operations
Our Soccer Operations team is dedicated to building a competitive, dynamic, and cohesive squad. This team includes our Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, and support staff who work closely with players on training, strategy, and development.
Head Coach
Lead our team with strategic vision, player development, and game tactics to drive success on and off the field.
Assistant Coach
Support the Head Coach in training, strategy, and player development to foster team growth and game readiness.
Day of Game Staff
Our Day of Game Staff team brings the excitement to life for fans on game day. From coordinating entry and assisting fans to managing on-field activities and enhancing the overall experience, this team ensures every match is memorable for our fans.
Match Presentation & Marketing Activation Staff
Create engaging match-day experiences and execute marketing activations to elevate fan excitement and brand visibility.
Operations Staff
Support day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth operations across events, logistics, and facilities for optimal team performance.
Marketing
Our Marketing team, with a primary focus on Social Media, is the voice of our brand and the bridge to our fans away from the stadium. Through engaging content, real-time updates, and creative storytelling, this team shares the journey of our players and builds a strong connection with our community. Joining this department means representing Arizona’s premier women’s soccer team online, where you’ll help grow our following and fan engagement, one post at a time.

Develop and share compelling content to grow our online presence, engage fans, and showcase team culture.
Internship Program
Our Internship Program is designed for students and aspiring professionals, particularly those in Sport Management and related fields, to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the professional sports industry. Internships, which may be paid or unpaid, offer exposure to key areas like team operations, marketing, event coordination, and more. Interns work closely with our staff, apply classroom knowledge to real projects, and develop the skills needed for a future in sports. This is a great way to build a foundation in Arizona’s exciting women’s soccer landscape while making valuable connections in the industry!
Internship
Gain hands-on experience in professional sports, supporting various departments and building skills for a career in sports management. (Paid and/or College Credit.)
